Fund Performance

For the 12 months to 30 June 2010 the Fund:

-          delivered a Total Return of 8.6%,

-          outperformed the average -23.4%1 total return for comparable unlisted diversified property funds,

-          outperformed the Total Return Benchmark for the Mercer/IPD Australian Pooled property Fund Index2, which returned 3.5%.
